Starting a new habit is really easy!

Until you run into a problem, get confused, or realize you had no idea what you wanted your outcome to be.

The framework for our current business vision:

1. I will post a filled out Levenger card daily and create a post with it as an image and include a topic that we are currently working on implementing and learning about.

2. Utilize an afternoon time block each day to create my personal card compendium, document my process, and share accordingly.

3. Create a positive membership mastermind where like-minded people can gather, share their wins, make others smile, and gather quick ideas or data to make positive change in their lives.

Today’s Topic: Your Ideal Morning

As a new time blocking theory, I have categorized only four time blocks into my new ideal or normal.

7 am – 11 am: Mindset and Energy
My list will consist of personal items, household tasks, mindset matters, and energy tracking.

11 am – 3 pm: Assets and Earnings
The daily items here would include saving money and earning money.

3 pm – 7 pm: Home and Wellness
As a family, we would come together to assure that our home and bodies are taken care of.

7 pm – 11 pm: Affinity and Spirit
Relationships and cultivating happiness will be priorities in this block.

Considerations

Some questions off the top of my head:

– What would make you excited to wake up?
– Which items could you place on your list to create peace of mind… that the have-tos are accomplished and your mind is free to focus on the “podcast segment” of your choosing?
– How can you eliminate distractions and tolerations?
– Are there any tools or equipment you can utilize to make things more efficient?
– How do you want to feel?
– Do you need to factor in transition time to get to your next time block (e.g. get the kids to school on time, commute to work, get to a meeting with the correct supplies, etc.?)
– How will you implement nourishment and movement into your day? Is morning an ideal time to build or make this habit more natural?

I’m sure there will be a myriad of additions as I discuss this topic with my family throughout the day. Looking forward to having a first draft by the end of the day.
